Position Summary

As Vice President of Client Success, you are responsible for management of Attainia’s  full Client Success organization including client services, implementations and technical support. The Vice President of Client Success  reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for cross-collaboration in the organization  to ensure the highest level of outcomes for our client base.


  • Management of Client Success team 
  • Collaboration with the executive team on high focus initiatives 
  • Expand and develop relationships with current clients, partners and the industry  community 
  • Develop organizational reporting and KPIs  
  • Development and management of Client Success strategy 
  • Collaboration with R&D department  
  • Management of internal metrics systems 
  • Management of escalated client needs and requests 
  • Management of client thought leadership initiatives


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 8+ years of client-facing experience
  • 8+ years of SaaS experience
  • Experience in managing a CS team and developing team members • Previous experience leading teams in a “growth stage” organization
  • Experience in strategizing, developing and implementing key Client Success initiatives oriented to support the future of the business with key areas of emphasis being Client Satisfaction, Client Engagement and Retention/high renewals 
  • Understanding of medical capital equipment lifecycle process or healthcare processes preferred but not required
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Hubspot) and other CS tools such Churnzero, Pendo, etc. or the like
