In addition to core responsibilities outlined below, there is an opportunity to collaborate with Engineering, Product Development and Client Success teams on client retention, training, new product design and other opportunities that play to your education, experience, and interests today and into the future. Other responsibilities may be included at any time by managers discretion. 

  • Manage and implement new and strategic accounts as they come on-line by coordinating internal resources and clients for flawless implementation and execution
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in developing processes for implementing Attainia software products by  involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Evaluate client On-Boarding and Implementation processes and develop new content
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and perform Quality Control checks on deliverables against project requirements, ensuring good quality work is delivered on schedule
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance and own results for accounts and project success through reporting and analyzing performance against key performance indicators for completion of short and long-term goals
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Identify work process improvements 
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Attend conferences and training as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Be an expert in Attainia Software Applications
  • Travel to client sites for various projects and implementation tasks including but not limited to:
    • Implementations
    • User Group Design Meetings
    • Training Sessions
    • Wellness checks
    • Integration meetings

Competencies & Qualifications

  • 3 – 7 years of healthcare experience
  • A bachelor’s degree preferred in an allied health discipline, healthcare administration or biomedical engineering- relevant work experience is also acceptable
  • Knowledge of medical equipment cost estimating, planning, procurement validation, milestone scheduling, pre-construction equipment coordination, equipment installation coordination, and understanding of construction terminology and processes (including reading floor plans)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and demonstrate resourcefulness
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to present ideas to clients, which include clinicians, hospital administration, executives and medical equipment vendors
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a grasp of the inter-relationships among medical departments and components of the healthcare delivery system.
  • The ability to discuss equipment technology with executive-level personnel in a consulting role
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Able to Travel 40-60%Please
